We use AI technology (Claude by Anthropic) in our onboarding chat to understand your needs and recommend appropriate services. Conversation data from the AI chat is processed to provide personalized service recommendations and is stored securely. All AI-generated recommendations are reviewed by our legal team before any formal advice is provided.

• Contract performance: processing necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
• Legitimate interest: improving our services, preventing fraud, and ensuring security.
• Consent: where required, such as for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We share your data with the following categories of recipients, only as necessary:

• Indonesian government agencies: immigration (DGIM), tax authority (DJP), and the corporate registry (AHU) as required for service delivery.
• Supabase: data hosting and database services (Singapore).
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic: AI processing for onboarding chat.
• Vercel: website hosting and analytics.

Client data is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 7 years, in accordance with Indonesian regulatory requirements. AI chat data is retained for 1 year. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.

You have the right to:

Your data may be stored and processed outside of Indonesia. Our primary data storage is in Singapore (Supabase). AI processing occurs in the United States (Anthropic). Website hosting is provided by Vercel with global edge infrastructure. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
